How do I schedule a tour?

You can schedule a tour right on the website by clicking Schedule a Tour and choosing a date and time that works for you.

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when you arrive.

What documents are required to apply?

ID, Proof of income (3 paystubs), employment letter, credit check, criminal history check.

What are the guarantor or co-signer requirements for your community?

All guarantors must have verifiable income of 5 times therental rate.

What are the income or credit requirements?

Applicants must demonstrate a combined, verifiable income of at least three times the monthly rent.

We obtain a credit report for each applicant. Our credit reporting agency evaluates credit history—including rental payment history when available—as an indicator of future rent payment performance. If the results are unsatisfactory or insufficient, an additional deposit, a qualified guarantor, or a denial of the application may be required. Applicants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their own credit history.

What is the process for requesting reasonable accommodations or modifications?

A written request for a reasonable accommodation or modification must be submitted to the management office. Once the request has been reviewed, a formal written response outlining the approval or next steps will be provided.

Move-In, Lease Terms

What lease terms do you offer?

Lease term options vary by availability and may include standard 12-month, 15-month longer, or flexible lease terms.

What is required on move-in day?

Move-in requirements typically include a valid photo ID, proof of renters insurance (if required), first payment, and completion of any move-in scheduling or elevator reservations, where applicable.

Do you accept guarantors or co-signers?

Do you offer furnished units?

We do not offer furnished apartments, but our team would be happy to connect you with a trusted furniture partner who can assist.

Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?

Subletting is not permitted; Lease transfers are permitted in accordance with the lease agreement and are subject to approval.

How long does the application review take?

48-72 hours

How do I apply?

Applications can be completed online. Click Apply Now on the website and follow the steps in the application portal. If you need assistance, contact the leasing team directly.

What is the notice period for non-renewal?

The non-renewal notice period is 60 days.

Is smoking permitted on the property?

Our community is non-smoking.

Are amenities open 24/7?

All amenities are open 24/7.

Can residents reserve amenity spaces for private events?

Select amenity spaces are available to reserve for private events. Availability, reservation procedures, and any associated costs are managed by the on-site team. Reservations can be made via the resident app.

Is Wi-Fi available in common areas?

Yes, in all common areas.

Do you offer any unique amenities?

Rooftop grills, swimming pools and package lockers.

Do you offer a guest suite for visitors, and what does it include?

Yes, we offer guest suite for visitors. There are (3) suites with a murphy beds, kitchenets, wifi/cable, and basic hotel amenities.

Is bike storage available?

Bike storage availability varies by community and may include shared storage rooms, racks, or lockers.

Is parking available on-site?

On-site parking is available in our automated garage. Please contact Little man parking for availability and pricing.

How are parking spaces assigned?

Parking is unassigned.

Do you offer EV charging stations?

Yes, 2 EV charging stations are available.

How does package delivery work on-site?

We have a 24/7 concierge team that will accept packages, as well as package storage lockers.

Pets

Do you allow pets?

Yes, pets are allowed.

Are there any breed restrictions?

The following breeds are not permitted on the community:

Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bulldog, Wolf-Hybrid, or any mix thereof.

Specific communities may have additional breed restrictions. In addition, we prohibit any dog with a history of biting, injuring any person or animal, or damaging property.

How many pets are allowed per apartment?

2 pets per apartment.

Are service animals permitted?

Service animals are permitted as required by applicable law and are not subject to pet fees, deposits, or restrictions.

How do you handle emotional support animal (ESA) requests?

Emotional support animal requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. Documentation must be submitted to pet screening.
